01 / Overview

The brief.

A run of custom business software built on Laravel — client CRMs, accounting and invoicing systems, inventory trackers and admin dashboards — each designed around the specific operational workflow of the business that commissioned it.

02 / Context

Small-to-mid businesses outgrowing spreadsheets and off-the-shelf SaaS. Workflows were too specific for Zoho / QuickBooks to fit cleanly, so each client needed a platform shaped around their exact process.

03 / Problem

Bolt-on SaaS forced these teams to change their workflow to fit the tool. Data lived in five places. Reporting was manual. Role-based access was impossible to model in the generic apps they were using.

04 / Approach

Built purpose-fit Laravel applications with role-based access control, per-client dashboards, PDF invoicing, ledger and journal modules, inventory linkage, and REST APIs for mobile/integration. Hosted on cPanel / VPS with regular backups.
