The brief.

Website, SEO and branding rebuild for Dr. Teah-Trang Nguyen’s family dental practice. Moved every target keyword from page 2 to page 1 inside two quarters.

02 / Context

Small, clinician-owned family practice competing against chains in the East Bay. Limited assets, no internal marketing team, strict HIPAA + accessibility requirements.

03 / Problem

Old site had thin service pages, branded traffic dominated the profile at 96%, and Search Console impressions were flat month-over-month.

04 / Approach

Rebuilt IA around non-branded intent clusters, wrote structured service pages with FAQ + Procedure schema, and established a content publication cadence with internal linking rules.
